MOD500 Series food warmers are heavy-duty, rectangular drop-in food-warmers. MOD500 Series food warmers are top-mount. Wells MOD500 Series food warmers accommodate five 12” x 20” standard inset pans or equivalent fractional pans. Individual controls for each well provide maximum versatility; thermostatic or infinite controls are available. High-limits prevent overheating. Temperature-ready indicator lights are standard on all control types. One-piece stainless steel top flange and heavy-gauge, deep-drawn stainless steel warming pans are standard features on all models. Fully insulated sides, front, back, and bottom provide energy savings, efficiency, quicker pre-heat, and faster recovery. fuel type: electric. MOD500* food warmers are rated 208/240 V. All MOD500 food warmers are field convertible to 1Ø phase. All listed MOD500 food warmers have no standard power cord supplied.
