It’s a high-output, full-size floor range at 274,000 BTU total, with two convection ovens rated 32,000 BTU each, porcelain interiors, 3 racks per oven, and 175°F–550°F thermostat range, so it fits busy restaurants and catering kitchens that need heavy production in one unit. This propane model is 115V, 3-phase, indoor-only, with stainless front/sides, a factory regulator, front gas shutoff, standing pilot on the tops, and battery spark ignition on the oven bases.
