The Southbend Platinum Series convection oven is a single-deck oven. The Southbend Platinum Series convection oven with SC-Standard Controls can be set as high as 500°F. The Southbend Platinum Series convection oven with SC-Standard Controls has a temperature setting range of 140°F to 500°F. The Southbend Platinum Series convection oven is supplied with 5 wire racks. The Southbend Platinum Series convection oven includes 11 rack positions. The Southbend Platinum Series convection oven is electrically heated. The Southbend Platinum Series convection oven has a combined electrical heating-element rating of 7.5 kW. The Southbend Platinum Series convection oven is available with a 240 VAC supply. Each PCHE75S/S or PCHE75S/T electric oven is available for single-phase operation. The oven interior has a coved, fastener-free porcelain enamel finish. The oven has a stainless steel front, sides and top. A hood is not required for the PCHE75 oven when using the ventless option.
