The Southbend Counterline charbroiler is a countertop model. width in: 36. The supplied cooking grates are cast iron. Stainless steel front and sides are standard; rear and bottom panels are aluminized steel. HDC-36 and HDCL-36 charbroilers have 6 burners at 20,000 BTU each. HDC-36 and HDCL-36 charbroilers are listed for natural-gas input of 120,000 BTU/hr. Each HDC and HDCL unit using natural gas requires a minimum supply pressure of 7 inches W.C. Each straight burner is controlled by a gas valve for independent flame control. HDC and HDCL units must be installed under a vented hood. The charbroiler has a stainless steel, full-width crumb tray.
