The stainless steel heating system is removable without tools and has a 1600 watt Inconel-sheathed heating element, high-impedance protection, an internally cooled fan motor, a full-range thermostat, and a power-indicating light. The BB96E, BB120E, and BB150E banquet carters preheat to 160°F (71°C) in approximately 20 minutes. are capable of heating to 200°F (94°C). All stainless steel construction; 20 gauge polished exterior and 24 gauge interior.
