The stacking tray transport carts have a stainless steel top shelf with marine edge and a flat lower shelf. The TT136 stacking tray transport cart has an insulated tray capacity of 136 assorted correctional trays. The stacking tray transport carts are all-stainless-steel construction; the framework and supports are constructed of 1 in × 18 gauge seamless, polished stainless steel tubing. The stacking tray transport carts have a full-width 1 in stainless steel tubular push handle mounted to the swivel end. The stacking tray transport carts have stem-mounted 5 in diameter red Performa casters; all are full ball-bearing swivel, with two fitted with brakes. The stacking tray transport carts are completely welded straight-line modular construction; horizontal supports are welded and polished to the vertical uprights to form a one-piece rigid cart. Extra welds on bottom supports are for maximum support and added durability. Vertical uprights are gusseted for additional support. The stacking tray transport carts include a 96 in tray strap with buckle to secure insulated stacking trays in place.
