Hot Plates Ranges
The JHP-212 hot plate has 2 open burners. Infinite control manual gas valves at each burner for precise heat control. 14 gauge stainless steel all welded construction. High capacity 14 gauge welded drip tray. 12" lift-off cast iron top grates. A 3/4" gas regulator is included. The Jade hot plates have a 3/4-inch gas connection. The Jade hot plates require propane-gas operating pressure of at least 10 inches W.C. and no more than 14 inches W.C.
