Star Pro-Max 2.0 sandwich grills provide consistent contact. PGC28 sandwich grill models have a grooved plate style. PSC28 and PGC28 sandwich grills have cast-iron platens. PGC28/PSC28 sandwich grills use two platens. Each platen used by PGC28/PSC28 sandwich grills has a 13.5 in. x 13.5 in. (343 mm x 343 mm) cooking surface. Star Pro-Max 2.0 sandwich grills accommodate sandwiches up to three [3] inches (76 mm) thick. PSC28 and PGC28 sandwich grills operate between 175°F (79°C) and 550°F (288°C). The sandwich grill is constructed in the U.S.A. with a corrosion-resistant stainless-steel body. PGC28/PSC28 sandwich grills draw 30 A at 240 V. PGC28/PSC28 sandwich grills are rated at 7,200 W when operated at 240 V. PGC28/PSC28 sandwich grills draw 26 A at 208 V.
