APW Wyott gas hot plates are constructed in the U.S.A. of aluminized steel with a stainless steel front. The unit has an aluminized steel drip pan, heavy-duty cast iron grates, an adjustable manual control valve, and a pressure regulator. APW Wyott gas hot plates are supplied to operate on natural gas. gas inlet connection of 3/4 in (1.9 cm) N.P.T. male. The hot plates have a manual adjustable control with standing pilot. APW Wyott gas hot plates have cast iron burners. The hot plates have a stainless steel bull nose and front panel. The hot plates have a removable drip tray. The heavy-duty cast iron grates are removable. The hot plates have adjustable 4-inch legs. The APW Wyott GHP-2S gas hotplate has an overall height of 11.9 in (302.3 mm).
