The Doyon Artisan Stone Deck Oven, model 4T4, has four baking decks. The interior of each of the Doyon 4T4 oven's four decks is stone. Each of the Doyon 4T4 oven's four decks has an interior that is 3/4 inch thick. The Doyon Artisan Stone Deck Oven (Model 4T4) has a touchscreen control interface. Independent element control is provided in the upper chamber, lower stone, and compensation around the chamber entry point. The Doyon 4T4 oven uses an independent steam tank per deck. The oven has full stainless steel construction, is assembled for quick installation, and has a single 1/2-inch water line connection and a 1/2-inch drain line out the rear. The Doyon 4T4 configuration rated at 208 V and 1 phase draws 180 A. rated electrical input of 37.2 kW. The oven must be installed with proper ventilation in accordance with local building code; Doyon does not recommend direct venting. A water filter system must be installed prior to operation.
