EMT-10S-10. The EMT-10S-10 has two kettles. The EMT-10S-10 is operated by an electrically heated steam boiler. The kettle interior is 316 stainless steel for high acid content products. Each EMT-10S-10 kettle has a double-wall interior. The steam jacket of each EMT-10S-10 kettle extends around the lower 2/3 of the kettle. The EMT-10S-10 has CSD-1 boiler controls. The EMT-10S-10 has a rated supply voltage of 240 V in the 3-phase, 36 kW configuration. The EMT-10S-10 assembly is floor-standing. The EMT-10S-10 assembly is 42 in (1067 mm) wide, as dimensioned across the cabinet footprint. 33 in (838 mm) deep.
