The specified LANG Manufacturing R30-series range is 30 inches wide. The specified range has a convection oven base. All Lang electric ranges are factory wired for 3-phase service. Lang electric range configurations are offered at 208 V, 60 Hz. Each cook-top component has individual controls. The oven thermostat on Lang electric ranges has a setting range of 150–450°F. The convection oven has a heavy-duty right-hinged door with magnetic closure, an ON-OFF power switch, and a two-speed fan with fan-pulse capability and HIGH-LOW speed fan switch. Heavy duty 430 stainless steel exterior insulated on six sides.
