Southbend Ultimate Series 60-inch gas range, model 4603AD-2TR_LP, is a floor-standing commercial range with six 33,000 BTU star burners, a 24-inch thermostatic griddle on the right, and a standard oven base plus convection oven base option in this configuration. It runs on propane and is a heavy-duty high-output unit at 323,000 total BTU, with stainless steel front and sides, cast iron grates, standing pilots, a factory regulator, and battery spark ignition for the oven bases. The oven section gives either a 45,000 BTU standard oven or a 32,000 BTU convection oven with 175°F–550°F control, porcelain interiors, and rack/rail setups suited to busy line cooking and production kitchens that need burner, griddle, and oven capacity in one footprint.
