The Ice•DevIce™ bin dispenses ice by gravity through a chute. The low-profile Ice•Device bin is described as a single-door bin. DEV1650SG-60-LP. The DEV1650SG-60-LP bin has a maximum bin capacity of 1660 lb (754 kg), computed on the cubic volume of the bin; this does not reflect cart capacity or voids that can occur due to pyramiding. The DEV1650SG-60-LP bin is 60.00 in (152.4 cm) wide (W1). The low-profile Ice•Device bin has a bin depth (D1) of 31.00 in (78.7 cm). The bin has a corrosion-resistant poly bin liner and ABS top. The industry exclusive SmartGATE® ice shield controls the flow of ice to reduce spill and limit contact with ice. The bin has a heavy-duty “stay-open” PowerHinge™ door hinge for easy one-hand opening and closing without door catches. The lower door assembly includes a non-corroding poly access door, poly lift door with PowerHinge to eliminate gasket and latches, and inner SmartGATE to positively control ice flow into the access door area. The entire lower door assembly is easily removable for installation through narrow doors.
