The construction specifications describe a 48-inch-wide front-manifold sectional range with a full-width charbroiler and removable cast-iron grates. The Southbend P48-CCCC range has a 1-inch rear gas connection. The Southbend P48-CCCC sectional range has a gas input of 128,000 BTU under NAT. The Southbend P48-CCCC range has a 1-1/4-inch front gas manifold. The front, sides, rear, and exterior bottom are stainless steel; the lining and burner box are fully insulated. The Southbend P48-CCCC sectional range's top-burner control knobs are high/low knobs. The Southbend P48-CCCC sectional range has four control knobs for its top burners. The cabinet-base model has two 24-inch-wide stainless steel cabinets with removable doors that open from the center. Removable cast-iron grates have an adjustable front-to-back slope and flip over for either 1/8-inch or 1/4-inch grid width.
