The PCE-S-PRO electric oven models are available for single-phase or three-phase operation, specified upon ordering. A hood is not required for the ventless option of the PCE-S-PRO-DOUBLE oven. The PCE-S-PRO-DOUBLE oven is recommended for installation under a vented hood. Digital Touchscreen Controls … have manual, recipe, or rack modes. The oven has a stainless steel front, top, and sides. The oven interior has a porcelain enamel finish and is coved and fastener-free.
