The Southbend Platinum Pro Series standard electric convection oven has a double-deck configuration. Each Southbend Platinum Pro Series oven has 11 different rack positions. The Southbend Platinum Pro Series electric heating elements have a combined rating of 7.5 kW per deck. The Southbend Platinum Pro Series ovens are available for 240 VAC supply.
