Imperial’s ITG-72-E-VENTLESS is a 72" wide electric countertop griddle for commercial indoor use, with a 24 kW, 240V, 3-phase, field-wired hookup and dedicated circuit. It has a full 24" deep cooking surface, 1" thick polished steel plate, thermostat control, and ventless compatibility with Wells hoods, so it fits high-output line cooking where a large flat-top is needed without a hooded gas setup. The stainless steel front/sides/splash guard, one-piece rolled ledge, included 4" legs, and range-match profile make it a heavy-duty fit for a busy grill station or equipment-stand installation; it ships at 811 lb and requires professional installation.
