The Blodgett DFG-200-ES is a convection oven. The DFG-200-ES double configuration includes two oven compartments. Each compartment of the Blodgett DFG-200-ES oven accepts five 18 in. × 26 in. standard full-size bake pans. fuel type: gas. The DFG-200-ES propane configuration requires an inlet pressure of 11.0 in. W.C. minimum to 13.0 in. W.C. maximum. secondary power input: 115 vac, 1 phase, 8 amp, 60 hz., 2-wire with ground. The standard Artisan Touchscreen Control with meat probe allows Manual Cooking, Recipe Cooking, Cook and Hold, Core Probe Cooking, Fan Delay, and Fan Pulse. The DFG-200-ES has a two-speed fan motor per oven section. The DFG-200-ES has an oleophobic 14 gauge steel liner; its front, top and sides are stainless steel.
