The cooking vessel is stainless steel AISI 316 (thickness 30/10). The perforated basket is stainless steel AISI 316 (thickness 15/10) with electric tilting. The balanced lid is stainless steel AISI 304 (thickness 10/10). The supporting structure is stainless steel AISI 304 (thickness 20-30/10). Heat insulation is guaranteed by panels in thick glass fibre. The outer cover is stainless steel AISI 304, fine satin finish (thickness 10/10). Protection level IPX5. The UDBRE029V1 electric tilt braising pan heats through elements that directly contact the vessel bottom.
