Imperial’s ITG-60-E-VENTLESS is a 60" wide electric countertop griddle built for commercial indoor use, with a 24" deep, 3/4" thick steel cooking surface and 20 kW on 208V/3PH, field-wired on a dedicated circuit. It uses five thermostatically controlled 4 kW serpentine elements for even heat and quick recovery up to 550°F, and it is ventless when paired with Wells ventless hoods. The stainless front/sides, one-piece rolled ledge, 4" grease gutter, removable 1-gallon grease pan, and included 4" adjustable legs suit high-volume grill stations that need a large flat-top footprint rather than a compact countertop unit.
