The CH1600U cook-and-hold cabinet has a dual-cavity configuration. Each CH1600U cavity accommodates eight GN 2/1 pans. The CH1600U uses electric power. The CH1600U operates on 240 V. The controls have a master on/off switch with a “start/cancel” button for cook cycles and a touchpad to view actual temperature. The CH1600U's stated slow-cooking maximum temperature is 325°F (161°C). The CH1600U's stated holding range has an upper limit of 200°F (93°C).
