The Southbend Counterline charbroiler is a countertop model. HDCL-30. HDC-30 and HDCL-30 charbroilers are listed for natural-gas input of 100,000 BTU/hr. HDC-30 and HDCL-30 charbroilers have 5 burners at 20,000 BTU each. gas type: natural gas. Each straight burner is controlled by a gas valve for independent flame control. The supplied cooking grates are cast iron. Stainless steel front and sides are standard; rear and bottom panels are aluminized steel. HDC and HDCL units must be installed under a vented hood. HDC and HDCL units are for use in non-combustible locations only. Each HDC and HDCL unit using natural gas requires a minimum supply pressure of 7 inches W.C.
