Southbend Ultimate Range 60" gas range, model 4602DC-4GR_NG, is a freestanding commercial natural-gas unit with a standard oven base and cabinet base, sized for floor installation at 60.75"W x 34"D x 59.5"H. It combines two 27,000 BTU non-clog open burners with wavy cast-iron grates, a 48" manual griddle on the right, and a 45,000 BTU standard oven with a 175°F–550°F thermostat range, so it fits high-volume line cooking, griddling, and bake-to-order service.
