DFG-50. Base Section (oven only). Each DFG-50 oven compartment accepts five standard half-size bake pans measuring 13 x 18 in. The Blodgett DFG-50 oven’s baking compartment accepts 13 × 18 in. standard half-size baking pans in a front-to-back position. The oven uses a Dual Flow Gas system that combines direct and indirect heat. The DFG-50 gas supply inlet pressure range for propane is 11.0 in. W.C. minimum to 13.0 in. W.C. maximum. Each DFG-50 oven section has a maximum gas input of 27,500 BTU/hr (8.1 kW). controls: solid state manual with separate dials to control thermostat and timer. The Blodgett DFG-50 oven thermostat has a temperature-control range of 200°F (93°C) to 500°F (260°C). The exterior construction includes a full angle-iron frame; stainless steel front, top, sides and back; a single chrome-plated door handle; and solid mineral-fiber insulation at the top, back, sides and bottom.
