Middleby Wells HRCP-7400 is a self-contained dual-temperature drop-in food well: one unit that switches from heated bain marie to refrigerated cold pan, built for standard 12" x 20" pans and fractional pans with adapter bars. It holds 4 pans, is NSF-7 compliant with a 3" recessed top edge, and suits a commercial serving line where operators need a compact hot/cold holding station rather than a larger reach-in or full cookline unit. Power is 208/240V, 1-phase electric at 5000W/20.8A, field wired, and it requires a plumbed water line, drain line, and professional installation; stainless-steel construction, fully insulated top and liner, automatic water fill with high-limit protection, and an easy-access control panel are the main differentiators.
