The MT-25EO-SB and MT-40EO-SB kettles are tilting kettles. The MT-40EO-SB kettle has a capacity of 40 gallons (151 liters). The kettle is steam jacketed. The MT-25EO-SB / MT-40EO-SB kettle's steam boiler is self-generating. The MT-25EO-SB / MT-40EO-SB kettle's steam boiler has a 24 kW power rating.
