Category: Ventless Convection Ovens. IMV-4E. The Blodgett IMV-4E oven has four cooking chambers. Each chamber of the Blodgett IMV-4E accepts 16 in round pizza pans. Each chamber of the Blodgett IMV-4E accepts 13 × 18-inch standard half-size baking pans. Each chamber of the Blodgett IMV-4E accepts a full-size 12 × 20 in hotel pan. The Blodgett IMV-4E has a temperature range of 300–525°F (149–274°C). Ventless via use of catalyst per chamber. fuel type: electric. The IMV-4E has a rated power-supply input of 17.5 kW in the 208–240 V, 60 Hz, 3-phase configuration. The IMV-4E has two distinct cook modes: Impingement and Convection, and the mode is automatically assigned according to selected temperature. The Blodgett IMV-4E oven touchscreen has a 7 in (178 mm) screen size.
