Southbend Ultimate Series 60" freestanding gas range with storage base, built for indoor commercial use and sized for high-volume line cooking. It has a split burner top with (2) 33,000 BTU star/sauté burners in front, (2) 33,000 BTU standard rear burners, plus (4) 40,000 BTU Pyromax non-clog burners, and two convection oven bases rated at 32,000 BTU each, giving it a heavy-duty cooking and baking capacity. Natural gas only, 115V electrical, 3-phase, 60.75" W x 44.5" D x 59.5" H with cabinet storage base, stainless steel front/sides, cast iron removable grates, standing pilots, battery spark ignition for the ovens, and optional no-charge center-opening cabinet doors.
