The APM-RMB/SMB 600 Series charbroiler is designed for installation on a counter. The Model APM-RMB/SMB 600 Series is a low-profile counter high-production charbroiler for space-saving installation on work tables, counters, or properly insulated refrigerated/freezer bases. APM size 660 has 13 burners. APM size 660 has a standard gas output of 195,000 Btu/hr (57.2 kW). The APM-RMB/SMB 600 Series charbroiler requires a natural-gas supply pressure of 7–10 inches W.C. (17.4 mbars / 1.74 kPa). Individual front burner controls provide precise regulation. The APM-RMB/SMB 600 Series charbroiler has a free-floating top grid. The unit has double-walled stainless steel construction and is fully insulated on all sides.
