The P24-CC/P24N-CC sectional range has a stated natural-gas input of 64,000 BTU. The charbroiler has an even surface temperature of 600°F on the high setting. The P24C-CC configuration has a cabinet base. The cabinet-base model has a stainless steel cabinet with removable doors that open from the center. The range has a stainless steel front, sides, rear, and exterior bottom, and a fully insulated lining and burner box. The range has removable cast iron grates with adjustable front-to-back slope that flip over for either 1/8-inch or 1/4-inch grid width. The range has stainless steel burner radiants, a 9-1/4-inch-deep front rail, and a removable drip tray. The P24-CC range is 24 in (610 mm) wide, as shown in the front view. Each unit has a 1-1/4 in front manifold that couples to the adjacent sectional unit(s). … All sectional units require a regulated gas supply; a pressure regulator must be ordered separately.
