Southbend Ultimate Series 60-inch freestanding gas range for commercial indoor use, built as a high-volume floor model with a 60.75" x 34" footprint and 59.5" height. It has six 27,000 BTU non-clog open burners with wavy cast-iron grates plus a 24" charbroiler on the left, for 226,000 total BTUs, and it runs on propane with 0.75" gas inlet. Instead of oven compartments, this version uses two stainless cabinet bases for storage, with stainless front/side panels, manual front gas shutoff, factory regulator, standing pilots, and battery spark ignition for the oven bases; install requires 10" rear/side clearances.
