The Invoq Stackit 1/1 GN assembly contains two oven cavities. The Stackit 6-1/1 GN + 6-1/1 GN configuration holds 6 1/1 GN pans in each of its two ovens. Each oven in the Invoq Stackit 1/1 GN assembly has a listed power consumption of 10.3 kW. The Invoq Stackit 1/1 GN is specified for 240 V AC, 3-phase supply. The Invoq Stackit 1/1 GN's steam system is HybridSteam, combining a steam generator and injection. ClimateControl provides an optimal cooking environment through control of air, heat, pressure and humidity levels. Its reversible fan is adjustable in 9 steps (20–100%), and humidity correction is accurate to 1/10 of a second. The Invoq Stackit 1/1 GN oven's user interface is operated by Android 9. The Invoq Stackit 1/1 GN has a fully automatic cleaning system. The cavity is made from 304/DIN 1.4301 steel with seamless welding and rounded corners for airflow and cleaning.
