JHPE-1-112_LP. The step up hot plates have cast iron open burners. Elevated “step up” rear burners. Propane. Propane step-up hot plates require a minimum operating pressure of 10 inches W.C. Propane step-up hot plates have a maximum operating pressure of 14 inches W.C. Infinite control manual gas valves at each burner for precise heat control. 14 gauge stainless steel all welded construction. 3/4" gas regulator, included. The JHPE-1-112 hot plate is 12 inches wide. The Jade JHPE-1-112 hot plate has a depth of 29-3/4 inches. Each burner on the Jade Supreme step-up hot plate is furnished with one pilot.
