The Southbend 32-inch sectional range has a standard 1-1/4-inch front gas manifold. The P32-XH-RE combination top has two individual open top burners. The 16-inch hot top on the P32-XH-RE combination top is in the rear. The Southbend 16-inch hot top has two burners. The burners in the Southbend 16-inch open-top section are rated at 45,000 BTU on NAT fuel. The burners in the Southbend 16-inch hot top are rated at 20,000 BTU on NAT fuel. P32 models are specified for use with natural gas. Standard bases include a standard-oven base. The Southbend Model 32D standard oven has a highest thermostat setting of 550°F. The Southbend Model 32D standard oven has a lowest thermostat setting of 175°F. The range has a stainless steel front and sides, a fully insulated lining and burner box, and a 9-1/4-inch deep front rail. The front, sides, rear and exterior bottom are constructed of #3 polished 430 and 304 stainless steel.
