Category: Electric Ranges. IHR-GT36-E. The griddle top has a thick, highly polished 3/4 in (19 mm) steel plate. Even heating elements across the griddle section provide consistent temperature across the plate. It has a 4 in (102 mm) wide grease trough and a removable grease can for easy cleaning; the large griddle grease can is removable for easy cleaning. The griddle plate is 21 in (533 mm) deep. The chef-depth standard oven interior accommodates standard 18 in × 26 in (457 × 660 mm) sheet pans front-to-back and side-by-side. The griddle top has thermostat controls. The standard oven has porcelainized sides, rear, deck and door lining. Its stamped inner door liner provides extra strength while optimizing heat retention. The IHR-GT36-E range draws 50 A at 240 V, three phase. The Electric Spec Series range requires 0 in clearance from non-combustible surfaces. The Electric Spec Series range requires 6 in (152 mm) clearance from combustible surfaces.
