Southbend Ultimate Series 60" freestanding gas range for commercial kitchens, configured as an open-burner range with a left-side 36" cast iron charbroiler and a 2-standard-oven base. It has four 33,000 BTU star burners plus two 45,000 BTU ovens for a 318,000 BTU total, so it fits high-volume production where you need simultaneous sauté, grill, and oven capacity. Natural gas only, 60.75" wide x 34" deep x 59.5" high, stainless front and sides, removable cast iron grates, standing pilots on the top burners, battery spark ignition on the ovens, and it requires floor space with 10" side/rear clearances; a better fit than smaller lineups for busy banquet, grill, and all-day service.
