The Southbend Counterline charbroiler is a countertop model. gas type: propane. HDC-30 and HDCL-30 charbroilers are listed for propane-gas input of 100,000 BTU/hr. HDC-30 and HDCL-30 charbroilers have 5 burners at 20,000 BTU each. Each straight burner is controlled by a gas valve for independent flame control. The supplied cooking grates are cast iron. The Southbend Counterline charbroiler cooking grids are two-sided. The charbroiler has an exterior finish with front and sides constructed of #3 polished 430 and 304 stainless steel; the bottom and rear are aluminized steel. Each HDC and HDCL unit using propane requires a minimum supply pressure of 11 inches W.C. HDC and HDCL units must be installed under a vented hood. HDC and HDCL units are for use in non-combustible locations only.
