Electric Spec Series. Combination Range Top. Modular. The griddle top has a thick, highly polished 3/4 in (19 mm) steel plate. Even heating elements across the griddle section provide consistent temperature across the plate. It has a 4 in (102 mm) wide grease trough and a removable grease can for easy cleaning; the large griddle grease can is removable for easy cleaning. The electric round plate elements are sealed 2.6 kW round plate elements with an easy-to-clean surface. They provide a solid flat surface for fast, even heating; the 9 in (229 mm) diameter plates provide maximum pan contact; and the solid top prevents spills from entering the unit, making clean-up easy. The electric round plate elements have infinite heat controls. The griddle plate is 21 in (533 mm) deep. The griddle top has thermostat controls. The IHR-GT24-2-E-M range has an electrical operating-voltage option of 208 V for its 3-phase configuration. The IHR-GT24-2-E-M range has a total electrical output of 13.2 kW. IHR-GT24-2-E-M has an overall width of 36 in (914 mm). IHR-GT24-2-E-M has an overall depth of 38 in (965 mm).
