Wells heavy-duty, top-mount, drop-in, Modular food warmers are designed to hold heated foods at safe and fresh serving temperatures. The Wells MOD300 Series food warmers accommodate three 12 in. x 20 in. standard inset pans or equivalent fractional pans. The MOD300DM food warmer is rated for 208 V. The MOD300DM food warmer is field-convertible to 1-phase. The MOD300DM* model has standard power cord supply listed as NONE. One-piece stainless steel top flange and heavy-gauge, deep-drawn stainless steel warming pans are standard features on all models. Powerful tubular heating elements are located under the warming pans for quick and efficient heating and even heat distribution. Temperature-ready indicator lights are standard on all control types. The MOD300DM food-warmer model includes drains. Each MOD300-series model listed in the specifications table has an overall width of 43-1/2 in (1105 mm). Each MOD300-series model listed in the specifications table has an overall front-to-back length of 23-5/8 in (600 mm). Each MOD300-series model listed in the specifications table has an overall height of 9-3/4 in (248 mm).
