The Ice•DevIce elevated ice storage bin uses gravity to dispense ice. The DEV1300SG-48 ice bin has a maximum bin capacity of 1320 lb (599 kg). The bin is compatible with most non-flake ice types, including customer preferred Chewblet® ice and cube ice. The bin has a full stainless exterior and base, a corrosion-resistant poly bin liner and ABS top, and a heavy duty “stay-open” PowerHinge™ door hinge for easy one-hand opening and closing without door catches. The industry exclusive SmartGATE® ice shield controls the flow of ice to reduce spill and limit contact with ice; it locks in three positions and returns easily to full down position. The DEV1300SG-48 ice bin has an H1 height of 84.00 in (213.4 cm). The DEV1300SG-48 ice bin is 48.00 in (121.9 cm) wide (W1). For installation through standard door openings, the bin is only 31.00 in (78.7 cm) wide with the front door assembly removed; the front door assembly is removed with four screws and no sealant.
