Imperial’s Pro Series IR-10-E-XB is a 60" freestanding electric restaurant range with a standard oven and open cabinet, so it fits against other full-size floor ranges rather than countertop units. The top has (10) 2.6 kW round plate elements with independent infinite heat controls, plus a 5.3 kW standard oven on 208V, 1PH service for a 25.3 kW total load; at 60" wide and 56.5" high it’s a high-volume commercial kitchen piece for heavy line work, baking, and holding. Stainless construction, spill-resistant top design, insulated side-compartment controls, porcelainized oven interior, and adjustable 6" legs are the main differentiators, and the open cabinet adds storage.
