The Southbend Platinum sectional range is 36 inches wide. P36A-BBG_LP. The oven in the A—Convection Oven base of the Southbend P36 ComboTop is a convection oven. 12" Manual Griddle. Convection Oven – Propane. The convection oven has a porcelain enamel interior, three racks with five-position side rails, and a two-speed, ½ hp blower motor. The Southbend Model 36A convection oven has an LP input rating of 45,000 BTU per hour. Each burner on the Southbend 12-inch griddle has a propane input rating of 14,000 BTU. Southbend sectional units require a minimum gas supply pressure of 11 in W.C. for propane. The front, sides, rear and exterior bottom are stainless steel.
