The ECX-24-SB convection steamer is a 24-pan model. The ECX-24-SB convection steamer has two cooking compartments. capacity pans: 24. The ECX-24-SB electrically heated steam boiler is equipped for operation on 3-phase power at 240 VAC. The optional 48 kW, 3-phase ECX-24-SB steamer draws 115.8 A at 240 V. The ECX-24-SB convection steamer independently controls timing for each cooking compartment. The timer controlling each cooking compartment's timing on the ECX-24-SB convection steamer has a duration of 60 minutes. The steamer is constructed of satin-finish type 304 stainless steel, with a one-piece, all-welded type 316 stainless-steel cooking chamber. The timing controls include a green ready pilot light and a red cook pilot light; an audible signal sounds at the end of the cooking cycle. Standard features include a water treatment system, automatic boiler blowdown, split water lines (boiler feed and condensate), and CSD-1 boiler controls. The convection steamer is mounted on a cabinet base with a full-perimeter angle frame, reinforced counter, and boiler mountings; the base has an electric boiler with controls, an all-stainless-steel exterior, hinged doors, and 6-inch stainless-steel legs with four adjustable flanged feet for securing to the floor.
