The Electric Spec Series 36-inch ranges with griddle top bear an ETL safety listing mark. IHR-GT36-E-XB. The griddle top has a thick, highly polished 3/4 in (19 mm) steel plate. Even heating elements across the griddle section provide consistent temperature across the plate. It has a 4 in (102 mm) wide grease trough and a removable grease can for easy cleaning; the large griddle grease can is removable for easy cleaning. The griddle plate is 21 in (533 mm) deep. The griddle top has thermostat controls. One open cabinet for extra storage. The IHR-GT36-E-XB range has a total electrical output of 12.0 kW. The IHR-GT36-E-XB range draws 50 A at 240 V, 1 phase.
