Southbend Ultimate Series 60" commercial gas range, SKU 4603AA-5L_NG, is a heavy-duty freestanding range with convection oven base, not a countertop or undercounter unit. It combines a 60.75" x 44.5" footprint with 375,000 total BTUs, four 33,000 BTU star burners plus a rear 5-burner layout option using two Pyromax burners and three standard burners, and two 32,000 BTU convection ovens with 3 racks, 5-position rails, and 175°F–550°F thermostats, so it fits high-volume line cooking and baking. It runs on natural gas with 115V/3PH electrical for the oven motors, has stainless steel front and sides, standing pilots, battery spark ignition, and a front manual gas shutoff; clearances are 10" sides and rear.
