Southbend Ultimate Series 60" freestanding gas range, model 4603AC-3CR_LP, is a heavy-duty floor unit for commercial kitchens that need a burner line plus charbroiling and oven capacity in one footprint. It has four 33,000 BTU star burners, a 36" charbroiler on the right, and a convection oven base rated at 32,000 BTU with 175°F–550°F thermostat, 3 racks, and 5-position rails; total gas input is 260,000 BTU on propane. The 60.75"W x 44.5"D x 59.5"H cabinet-base chassis uses 115V single-phase power for ignition and oven motor, has stainless front/sides, cast-iron grates, manual gas shutoff, and factory regulator, making it suited to high-volume line cooking and grilling rather than a compact café setup.
