The Toastmaster electric free-standing drawer warmer regulates temperature with a hydraulic thermostat. The 3B84DT09 warmer is identified as a two-drawer warmer. The pan furnished with a drawer of the Toastmaster electric free-standing drawer warmer measures 12 × 20 inches. Each Toastmaster drawer is furnished with a pan 5-1/4 in deep. The drawer is furnished with a removable, deep-drawn stainless steel pan. The hydraulic thermostat on the Toastmaster electric free-standing drawer warmer is adjustable from 100°F to 200°F. The thermostat control is mounted on the front below the drawer and has an adjacent signal light. The thermostat knob is protected by a knob guard. The Toastmaster drawer warmer has adjustable moisture control. The frame is made of welded and reinforced sheet steel. The exterior cabinet and drawer fronts are stainless steel with an aluminized steel inner lining. voltage: 120. Toastmaster drawer warmers are single phase only.
