The Firex Double Basin Multicooker has two cooking basins. The UCPMDG232 cooker accommodates two baskets. The Firex Double Basin Multicooker automatically fills and refills water in the vat. The Firex Double Basin Multicooker UCPMDG232 has a 7-inch touch screen. The panel supports selection of two cooking modes, minimum/maximum heating temperature settings, cooking type and time settings, and manual or program cooking. Users can create and edit cooking programs, including cooking type, temperature and time parameters, and inserted text messages. The panel also supports delayed cooking by date, time, and programming cycle, language settings, and different measurement units. The cooking vessel is AISI 316 stainless steel, 30/10 thick. The perforated basket is AISI 316 stainless steel, 15/10 thick, and has electric tilting. The balanced lid is AISI 304 stainless steel, 10/10 thick; the supporting structure is AISI 304 stainless steel, 20–30/10 thick. The UCPMDG232 cooker has gas-powered heating. Natural Gas. The UCPMDG232 cooker has a listed 2-phase supply option at 220–240 V and 60 Hz. The UCPMDG232 cooker has an electrical input of 0.80 kW with the 220–240 V, 2-phase supply option. The UCPMDG232 cooker has a listed 2-phase supply option at 208 V and 60 Hz. The UCPMDG232 cooker has an electrical input of 0.80 kW with the 208 V, 2-phase supply option.
