JBR-12G-4-36C … each have four open burners. The JBR-12G-4-36, JBR-12G-4-36C, and JBR-12G-4 Bistro ranges each have a 12-inch griddle. Each open burner on the Jade Bistro range has a heat input of 30,000 BTU. The thermostat on the Bistro range convection oven base adjusts from 150°F to 500°F. Standard features include a stainless steel front, sides, tray bed and stub back; 14-gauge stainless steel all-welded construction; a stainless steel removable oven interior; one chrome-plated oven rack per oven; stainless steel gas tubing throughout; stainless steel pilot tips; and a stainless steel stub back. The convection oven has a 14-gauge stainless steel interior and is provided with one chrome-plated oven rack, with wires curled around the main frame. It has a 1/4 HP, 115/60/1 blower motor.
